Keep it simple
How to make it
Prepare the tray
Heat the oven to 200°C / 390°F. Cut the cooked potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place on a lined tray with the salmon. Brush with the olive oil.
Bake until cooked
Bake for roughly 12–18 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Check that the thickest part of the fish reaches 63°C / 145°F with a food thermometer. Previously cooked potatoes should be piping hot throughout.
Steam the broccoli
Rinse the broccoli and cut into florets. Steam or boil for about 5–7 minutes until tender, then drain.
Plate up
Serve the salmon, potatoes and broccoli with the yogurt. Stir a few chopped herbs into the yogurt if you like.
A useful detail
The time includes preheating but assumes the potatoes are already cooked. Allow extra time to boil them if starting from raw.
About these recipes and nutrition estimates
These are simple Selfboost recipe ideas, with one example serving each. Your appetite and energy needs can be different. A varied diet matters across the day and week; every meal does not need to contain every food group.
Calories and nutrients are calculated from the listed ingredient weights using the Food Library’s representative USDA records. Raw, dry, cooked and drained weights are marked separately. All listed oil is included. Optional seasonings and garnishes are excluded. Brands, cooking losses and portion sizes change the result; use a product’s label for its specific values.
Preparation times are estimates and include any ready-cooked ingredients noted in the recipe. Photographs are serving inspiration; follow the ingredient list for the recipe and portion.
