How the content is put together

Guidance, with its limits in view.

Start with the source.

Health, exercise, food and behaviour guidance is checked against professional guidelines, public health resources, research reviews or established data providers. Source notes on the relevant page explain what supports the advice and when it was reviewed.

Make the next step usable.

Session sequences, reduced options, recipe combinations and everyday examples are Selfboost’s editorial choices. A source may support a principle without having tested our exact routine. We do not present these adaptations as clinically tested or endorsed programmes.

Keep estimates visible.

Recipe nutrition uses listed ingredient weights and representative USDA food records. Brands and preparation change the numbers. Meal times are estimates; ready-cooked ingredients are identified. Photographs illustrate a serving, while the written list defines the portion.

Keep the choice with you.

There are ready options and easier versions, with no required planning journal or catch-up debt. Optional saved progress is a convenience, not a score of how well you are doing.

Know the scope.

Selfboost offers general educational material for adults. It does not assess your health or replace individual care. Performance Training is a general strength foundation, not rehabilitation or a sport-specific plan. Food swaps are not guarantees of allergy safety; check product labels and your own dietary needs.
