Consistency without perfection

Look for a workable rhythm, not an unbroken line.

The idea

In Selfboost, consistency describes what you chose and what you finished over a period. It is not a score for the person.

Why it helps

A week can contain full versions, small versions, pauses and changed plans. Keeping those distinctions visible gives more context than a single streak.

Try this

  • Look at a week only if the information is useful.
  • Keep an easy version that worked; remove a pattern that adds pressure.

Keep it simple

A minimum version and a full version both count as completed when you mark them done.
